We’ve got a new, fluffy Double IPA freshly packed up for this weekend for all you Cowfolk out there! Yeehaw!
Amateur Cowboy was brewed with a base of Pils and Wheat, to feature some fantastic Columbus Cryo from @yakimachief. This Cryo delivers a little less of that quintessential Columbus resin, instead offering a deeper, nectarous palate reminiscent of the older days of CTZ.
We backed up this hopping with a double dose of Mosaic Lupomax in the initial dry-hop, and finished the beer with a small hit of Galaxy. Amateur Cowboy hits on all fronts, with abundant, tingling, zesty hop oil and a extra-smooth, medium-bodied drinkability.
