Big Stretch – Cream Ale (Collab. With Belleflower) – 5.2%abv
Oh hi there. We’re back with another brand spankin’ new beer. It’s called Big Stretch. It’s a Cream Ale we brewed about 6 weeks back with our neighborly cohorts at Belleflower Brewing.
With Big Stretch, we were inspired by the incredible drinkability of some tried and true Mid-Western quaffers, as well as the some fine, mass-produced favorites from here in the Northeast. Big Stretch was brewed with local Pilsner Malt, Flaked Maize, and a small amount of German Specialty malt, hopped with HBC1134 in the kettle, and fermented out with a popular Kolsch strain.
This is a playful little beverage, with a nice balance of ester and hop-driven flavor, while maintaining a simple, clean malt backbone that is at once full-bodied and quenching.
