HOW THE FIRE STARTED
Goodfire started in 2017 as Dr. David Redding’s home brewing project. Soon the hobby turned into a monster of an obsession, and Goodfire Brewing Co. officially launched on November 9, 2017. Through the years, we’ve kept our concentration on developing a consistent, high-quality product. Our expert brewers focus on soft, unfiltered New England IPAs, while also dabbling in German-style lagers.
Our community—including our team, our customers, and our vendors—mean the world to us. As we expand into our new location, we strive to grow intentionally and with a relentless focus on quality control. We are thrilled to continue cultivating the Goodfire family with our new location in Freeport, bringing a consistent food menu to the table in a beautiful new space. Can’t wait to see you out here!
