Minimum HBC638 [Single-Hop Pale Ale – 5.2%abv]
We’re bringing back a new iteration of an old series. Minimum is a rotating, single-hop pale ale series, utilizing various Malts and Yeast Strains in conjunction with a single hop that we’re interested in exploring! This time, we’ve utilized HBC638, an experimental hop from the Pacific Northwest that exhibits similar flavors to Centennial, but with pronounced Stone Fruit and Cantaloupe character. We’re excited to offer this focused little pale ale up!
